Refund policy

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day window to request a return on most items, though holiday-specific apparel must be returned within 15 days. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Initiate your return by contacting us at hello@kultureandcraft.com. We will then provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that sale items, gift cards, and custom products are not returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@kultureandcraft.com so we can assist you. For exchanges, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us.
